Through our Wellness Within initiative — the community arm of Reaching Beyond Bars — Proper Xchange delivers certified aromatherapy and sound healing programs to California's correctional facilities, youth detention centers, and reentry organizations. Every program is designed with dignity, security compliance, and science-backed outcomes at its core.
We serve staff and residents — because healing the people inside and those working alongside them is how communities truly transform.

Corrections officers carry extraordinary stress loads. Aromatherapy kits, resilience workshops, and sound healing sessions give staff tools to decompress, reduce cortisol, and prevent burnout.
